What tops your list when it comes to good work ethics?

Ethical behavior is included more and more in our business classes whether it be accounting, economics, finance, or marketing.  The students are grilled constantly with ethical simulations and excersises that would demonstrate their ethical tendendies.  They are put in an impossible situation, given little to work with, and then asked to decide between two wrongs.  Ethical dilemmas will always remain hot topics.  The question is who has the best solution when ethics are so subjective?

Good work ethics must be responsible on his task, minimum supervision, can accept challenges, and must be resourceful. A good communication skills with colleague will also address the needs, problems they will encounter in their work.

it is good questions my answer is ethics has broad definitions and types when we comes to work ethics it has different types of discipline when come to manufactured sector . every employee should have attend on time and be active beside that it must be peaceful with his colleagues and senior level. every employee must understand belonging of the output. let me tell you one thing when read magazine i forget the name. the organization  launch  satellite  when the journalist ask the cleaner "' do you know satellite launch? she respond if am not clean properly,it shouldn't be launch satellite . you see belonging this kind .each product produce each has contribution.   

One must be really dedicated to his work so as to make an effective career . They should be hardworking, honest and easy going such that clients find it comfortable and approachable ! But for all these ethics to work out one must really love what he's planning for his/her career goals.

В последнее время в области HR отмечается возрастание интереса к роли этики в системе управления трудовыми ресурсами, как в жизни общества, так и в бизнесе. Организация зачастую сталкивается с самыми разными проявлениями этических проблем: использование служебного телефона для междугородних переговоров по личным вопросам, растаскивание имущества организации (канцтовары, гвозди, краска, детали – в зависимости от того, кто с чем работает), невыполнение обещаний руководителем, выпуск продукции заведомо низкого качества, оскорбление достоинства подчиненных, использование служебного транспорта в личных целях, использование подчиненных для решения личных проблем руководителей. Если руководство хочет добиться высоких результатов в работе компании, ему не удается избежать решения таких вопросов, как создание в коллективе высокого морального духа, утверждения этических норм, согласующихся с целями и имиджем организации.

My tops list when it comes to good work ethics are :-

 

Strong Work Ethic :- Employers value employees who understand and possess a willingness to work hard. In addition to working hard it is also important to work smart. This means learning the most efficient way to complete tasks and finding ways to save time while completing daily assignments. It’s also important to care about your job and complete all projects while maintaining a positive attitude. Doing more than is expected on the job is a good way to show management that you utilize good time management skills and don’t waste valuable company time attending to personal issues not related to the job. Downsizing in today’s job market is quite common so it’s important to recognise the personal values and attributes employers want to improve your chances of job security should a layoff occur.
