Talented people are attractive to other organizations so that they may not to stay. What is your opinion to retain them?

To name a few ways:

• Leadership:  Employees, and especially talented ones, usually leave due to poor managment.
• Engagement: Being a part of the organization is important.
• Development: I consider talent to be like a muscle, if you don't engage and develop it, it will atrophy.
