that is  big wrong  just for handicapped right if he well be sad if come and found that

This word in a hurry is used by people not only to park in the parking lot of a handicapped person instead in everything. They speed on roads because they want to reach work at time. They pass rows in banks because they need money to buy something urgently. In a hurry and fighting people because of an urgent meeting. Bottom line it is not ethical to park in that place even for two seconds or one minute. All this person can do is manage his time and he/she will find other places to park the car.
