I try to teach them what they need to know without "cluttering" their minds with extraneous information that they don't need as it is irrelevant. My instructional technique is to lead by example in practice and try to explain the theory in a straight forward, pertinent and non patronising way. What I definitely do not do is to use "Instructing" as a way of demonstrating how much I know! It's not about me, it's about them!!

i would like to instruct them practically istead of giving them big speech, and also in friendly manner.
of cource, becuuse every body has its own thinking and may be after getting knowladge he can gave beter for work.
