I love restaurants. I do not think there is such thing as bad experience, becouse even negative things teach you how to improve your skills and develop. However, one thing that could definitely put you down is working long hours. ex.12,14 or more hours a day is not for everybody.
i am allways filling happy &very well when i do my duoty,
but some times the most difficult part about managig a restaurant is a dealing with staff or with a customers.
MY WORST EXPERIENCE IN FAST FOOD RESTORANTS
it was in momen restorants chain stanly branch in alexandria egypt in jan2004 may be . when i was an assastant manger and i was opening the work that day
it was9 am in winter and i was standing in cashier area into the corridor of the staff
no body was in the restorant only me
the weather was very bad and it was raining very hard and very fast wind bluster
some big bus had moved away from the high way which passing infrant of my restorant and got into the restorants loby
that accidend was very fast and very subversive for theconfront of the momen stanly restorant branch and for
me too and sure for the bus driver and bus passenger
the stand was very bad every where
the lost in my restorant loby and confront were so much
the blood of the injured of the accedent was every where in the bus and in momen stanly restorant branch
the screaming of the passanger and the injured were very high and scared too
the first half of the bus was all inside the restorant loby
i was very confused and afried too when i sow all that happening infrant off me in very short time
i could not move of my place for nerly15 minuts
i will never forget that day in my life
but sure after short time i got moved and colled the police and hospitals and sure my mangrer and
the holl momen company in alexandria and ofcourse helped all the injured
it was my worest experience in work i ever had in my life

working somewhere where your fellow workers are not co ordinating
when my co working shifting not come i will accomplish the duties in double shift but its ok because this is the part of my job
