There is no specific power statement which makes sense in all negotiations. It is situational.

More effective strategy is knowing the other side of the table! You must estimate what are the options other side of the table has and how despate to have a deal with you. You also should what you need to shield in your negotiation and what you can yield.

This makes all the sense....!

Negotiation is meeting face to face or through any way of communication to get to point where it leads to a decision making and negotiation meeting normally makes a deal through or breaks it as well.

So, we should be focusing on discounts, after sales support, customer satisfaction, rapport building and repeat order or good business relationship in negotiation meetings
