What is more, you think you could make the customer satisfied and respond ? is it your qualification or your character?

I guess its a bit of both, in the current technological era, a simple factor is not calculated for making decisions, one has to consider more than one fator for deciding whether its a good thing or not. Hence for most customers, your qualification may be impressive, and for some customers your character may matter.
