You have to consider the following:-

4- Accordig to the meilage you have to consider the service time for each vehicleto arrange back up other they can do the service in betwee the shifts.
5-you have to conside the tyre spare in each vehcile
6- You have to check the vehicle daily wise by mechanical other wise in case of breakdown before the shift you will be in trouble.
7- you have to make your2nd back up plan.
8-Post the direction of each bus on the front glass.
9- Put some instruction in the bus with the procedures of safety and food which is not allow.
10-Make strick procedures and get all the drivers to sign it to avoid the mess using of the vehicles.
11- All the keys of the vehicles has to be handed over after each trip in case there is a gap between each trip.
12-Each driver has to sign when he will take over the keu with time and date avoiding to have trouble if they got traffic violation.
