Manage Team skills/ Team Leadership skills are acquired through experience and are essential to enhance communication. As a result, goals are achieved on time. Those skills can be summarized as:

 

1.    Always aim to understand then to be understood; main key to an effective interpersonal communication within a team or other relationships.

2.    Giving praise but not overusing it as it encourages team members to be more active and attentive.

3.    Positive criticism can support and provide better job outcomes, enhancing interpersonal relationships, and promotes the best environment for teamwork.

4.    Motivating the use of a problem solve style as it demonstrates respect to their knowledge and experience. Hence, building trust between team members and their leaders.
