A good team Leader ensures every team member the importance of his / her role & praises the tasks completed.

Each & Every member of the team be told that a Machine cannot work properly until all parts of it donot work properly , even a small nut can stop the working of a Machine or affect the performace. A Team is like a designed Machine so all Parts of the machine are very important and are equally rresponsible for the success.

Let the team respects you first by doing your job. People are emotional in general so asking about their day and family is very good when it comes to going well with the team.

Then, manage closely asking each one of them to contribute and provide you with progress report. Thank people in meetings and infront of the upper management.
