How do you do SWOT analysis?

- Define the internal strenghts of the subject

- Define the internal weaknesses of the sunbject

- Define the external opprotunities for the subject. These are usually based on its internal strenghts.

- Define the external threats to the subject. These are usually based on its internal weaknesses.

S- List down the strenghts and ignite the same to use it as potentail.

W- Weaknesses. Convert the weaknesses into strengths to be used as potential.

O- Opportunities.Convert opportunities into quantitative and qualitative values.

T-Threats. Be aware and have action planned to minimise it's impact.

You have to be clear and know  yourself , your company

Define your strength  use them 

define your weakness , define what you will do ,  about wether to reinforce or  leave as it is

define your oppurtinities , choose and implement 

define your threats. , mitigate

The name says it: Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat. A SWOT analysis guides you to identify the positives and negatives inside your organization (S-W) and outside of it, in the external environment (O-T). Developing a full awareness of your situation can help with both strategic planning and decision-making.

The SWOT method (which is sometimes called TOWS) was originally developed for business and industry, but it is equally useful in the work of community health and development, education, and even personal growth.

SWOT is not the only assessment technique you can use, but is one with a long track record of effectiveness. The strengths of this method are its simplicity and application to a variety of levels of operation.

1. To do organization climate Survey

2. Collect forms

3. Separate Strength and Weaknesses

4. Check how to use Opportunities

5. Find the best way to convert the treats into opportunities

Differentiate and classify internal and external forces thats effecting the business-

then do the SWOT analysis- 

SW are internal Strengths and Weaknesses 

OT are external Oppurtunities and Threats
