I believe this statement is correct.also we must not forget the leader who will lead the crowed to attain such success.
Yes i surely believe it and if someone who is on higer hierarchy is not getting promoted can effect people working under him /her as when everyone grows inturn company grows so a GM can be promoted to next level so that Sr. Level Manager takes his /her position. If its stagnant it effects the growth very much.
