The rules of the annual increase There are two cases Assignment first annual increase to be applied according to the Social Insurance Law is 7% on the basic and not the total social insurance application form 2 The second case is that the employer applies the increase, according to what he sees as they are either on the primary or be on the total As for the social benefits they are by decision Aloizry either be primary or be on basic and variable and included 2 form for social security

It depens on the organization nature, size and structure. In my organization, we calculate increment on the basis of basic salary.
