An influencing style is the set of tactics used to influence others (which one have direct authority over or not) by impacting their ideas, opinions, and actions in order to accomplish the influencer's objectives.

 

The following are the main influencing styles:

- Rationalizing,

- Asserting,

- Negotiating,

- Inspiring, and

 

- Bridging.
