Hi Samar, could you please provide details on what exactly you want to do? Is this report for internal corporate usage or is it for journalism? Are you assigned for this report, did your manager specify certain people or categories of people to interview? What's the goal of the report?

View report templates that are available online.
If it is a report done for a particular organization, identify if that organization has a particular template for the same and follow likewise.
