Practice, practice, practice.

Know your content very well so questions don't stress you. Use effective body language (there are a lot of great books about body language you can read), look neat and professional. Prepare your visuals. And most important of all, these won't work if you don't practice; in front of a mirror, by registering your voice, by talking to your friends, you choose which one suits you most. After time talking in public will be a great opportunity for you to express your knowdledge and ideas. Good luck!

You need to be well prepared. I used to have a phobia when it came to presenting projects. I would get nervous and stutter a lot. If that wasn’t bad enough, we were required to present every single project in front of professors and colleagues. However with thorough practice in front of people prior to presentations and most importantly, extensive research and preparation on my project topic boosted my confidence. Now remember, the people you are presenting to are not aware of the content of the presentation you will be exhibiting, and so making mistakes and forgetting a couple of words can easily go unnoticed if you remain well collected!
