Actually depends on a company, as per my experience, we often get requirements where a candidate needs to have atleast a year's experience in that particular country. Some companies just prefers a good experienced candidate :)

I do not think so. I may be wrong, but I see that there are some of my friends who managed to get jobs in Dubai and the other gulf countries despite job exposure to Indian markets only. I guess it is the wait time which may be more for getting a job overseas
