This is common in UAE market being too many people locally available in Sales and marketing faculty.

Try to get some more skills like Arabic speaking or do MBA and keep trying till you succeed. Don't lose hopes.

Good luck

Yes. It is not enough. Every country or region has its own unique market. Market in Europe and Asia are different from GCC countries. There is a cultural and language barrier one must pierce in order for you to be considered. In this market, you must first prove you are aware of the conditions, traits, ideals and the surroundings for you to be successful.

Relevance of experience to the new job is essential.
In the interview u should b able to convince the interviewing team that u r most suitable candidate. This is called selling yourself.
In addition one should have strong networking in the market to get relocated.

Keep trying your best and do not restrict yourself to UAE alone. You have to expand your scope and spread your tentacles. Success in any endeavour is achieved with perseverance and dedication.

My friend, There are things you have to keep in mind before you get to an interview.
One of which is this problem you have faced.
For me; I would read about all the market in UAE, Company names, contacts, their business, purchases, what time they open, what time they go to sleep and what food they like to eat.
Everything.
You have to be smart enough to convince them that you know and that you are the perfect match to the vacancy.
