Pricing term indicating that the seller will put the goods on a railroad car (truck) at a named loading point without any extra charge. Also called free on truck.
FOR is Free on Rail. Shipment on rail is responsibility of shipper. He will dispatch title documents to buyer/consignee. Ownership of goods pass to buyer/consignee on issue of railway receipt. Collection is responsibility of buyer/consignee.
