simply look around and see, try to ask more than one from your friends within the same field about their psoition and what they do then see which psoition is the one you like the most and when that happens learn what it takes to hold such a position in another place
If you are a technical person, I suggest that you update your skills to master new futurestic technlogies and they are their all the time in IT.
If you are in a managerial role, then you are exposed to all related business processes and you may select the field that you are most interested in (business management, purchasing, production, operations, etc.)

It’s an open ended plan, listen to your instinct and know your passion, study new technologies for options; talk, listen, and learn from IT experts of different fields (I always ask why they choose that IT career path) then assess your skills of what you are capable of.
by considering yourself still fresh graduated and look into the work proposales published in the news paper asking for differnet or related but advanced fields .. for example .. i'm microsoft certfied system engineer and CCNA now i'm IT Mnagaer when i felt i'm full i went to canadian emplyement website i found they are asking for MAC engineer ! also Linux and unix engineer !! this is not common in Egypt for companies work .. all here are mainly depend on microsoft products .. i started with mac system and i'm aware of so now i'm planing to shift to Unix and Linux also soon ... i feel i'm still fresh graduated and again some how i started to stuck and search for info in some where .. its makes me very intersted :) , on the other hand u may also go for marketing if u would like to have side to side tasks and missions its so intersted field also i love it since i started .. :- )
