Once the Company Vision and Mission is defined, it gives clear idea what company stands for and what the company wants to achieve. it embeds the image of the company for outside world. next we have to do Strategy planning and Tactical Planing to achieve that vision and  mission. The basic difference between Strategy and Tactics is, Strategy is done above the shoulders and Tactic done below the shoulders. The last step is Operational planning, that is provide overall framework to convert all plans into results.
