Dear amer jayyousi (CPPM), yes as Moderators of Bayt.com, I also have a expectation but the ground reallity is that this is only my expectation,In other hand that the Bayt.com is mobilizing to professionals of their specialties for exchanges of views and specialties in different sectors but this whole process will be helped to the Bayt.com for sorting out the professionals for supply to thier requested employers and clients because of basically Bayt.com is belonged and working for to human resources sectors in the midle east and some one south east asain countries.

It looks like Q&A networking.

As part of Specialties from the very initial beta phase, I have seen it grow organically. The aim of Specialties was to create a platform that has discussions, and conversations posted by people. As more and more content gets added to these Specialties, it grows and it becomes only natural for someone to moderate it. Moderators help to regulate conversations, and eliminate duplication in some cases.

I believe that choosing moderators from among the most active participants on that particular Specialty is a good idea. So typically moderators are chosen because of their participation and they are invited via. email notification.

Frankly speaking, I am not aware about appointment and role of moderators on Bayt. Anyway, this is good and may add value.

I'm not sure, what value they may add, any way this question must be addressed to the moderators including yourself.

Actually I do not know the purpose of a moderator and how one becomes a moderator and what is expected from him/her. I hope someone can explain.
