Hi Sanjay, There are various activities that are involved in the final selection/offer of a candidate:1.
HR Selection2.
Business Team Selection based on their availability and Geographical Presence.3.
Reference Checks4.
Background Checks5.
Medical Test6.
Verifying the candidate's current salary.7.
Estimating an Offer to be rolled on the basis of the Candidate's existing salary, the Organizations's current Salary Structure and Range.8.
Making an Offer.
All the above take some time, although the HR team tries to complete the same within specified timelines.
