I think:-
1- Exit:- Behavior directed toward leaving the organization.

2- Voice:- Active and constructive attempts to improve conditions.

3- Loyalty:- Passively waiting for conditions to improve.

4- Neglect:- Allowing conditions to worsen.

The correct way of expressing dissatisfaction is

-          Telling face to face in a meeting or personally

-          Writing in paper and send it in suggestion box

I want to add that it is not necessary that the employee express directly the dissatisfaction; they might have ill-psychological behavior like absenteeism, turning over, low productivity and quality.

When we are not satisfied with our work or someone's work, rather than talking over it,Its better to redo the work with more accuracy and perfection.

The meaning of an "organization" is an organized unit which provide solution of each and every scenario of the business lifecycle.
Every business should have the processes and tools to monitor the efficiency, performance and the output of all efforts going around.
These processes should contain each and every mean to find out the issues and problems could effect the performance of the organization.
It is a fact, that where we will find more than one brain thinking or working for any specific task(s) could not think similar.
The conflicts are a matter of fact.
This is our organizational system which would extract the conflicts and problems faced by the Human Resource.
I truly believe on developing organization centric systems which could automatically grab the information from surroundings.
Today in this modern business world these processes have become much more easier and handy because of Information Technology related tools available in almost every organization.
Concept of developing comprehensive "Intranet" is very much useful.
These intranet could become a tremendous source of providing informations and necessary tools including various interfaces which could help to initiate Employee / Employer interactions.
There should be interfaces which could help people to interact with their management for their complaints, requests and suggestions.
The option of disclosing oneself during submitting the form or the hiding the complainants personal information should be there.
Employees can use such forms and interfaces to "Express their Dissatisfactions" and mark your voice to the related authorities.
This would not only give them a chancec to spit out their frustrations but would also give them a sense of ownership and care they are receiving from their employers.
Organizations which are not yet fully capable of becoming I.T.
based, can go for this facility using printed forms and drop boxes placed in administration offices.
The main thing is, that every organization should have a comprehensive system for employees to show their dissatisfaction and interacting with their managers.
Employees should also make their habit to use such tools instead of gossiping and buzzing around in canteens and cafeterias, this could really become dangerous for them in many ways.
