If I may say— we should work smart, not work hard. It’s not the number of hours or how many hours we’re supposed to work to finish our job. It’s the quality of the outcome after exerting not too long hours of working. It’s being effective and efficient and bringing the best result.

I think it is working without time frame with clear definetion of effecient production and clear goals and aims .
