Yes I agree.

I believe that Training and Development has Double benefits. It's a companies way of showing its employees that it cares for them. It builds Employee Morale.

T & D also equips employees to learn new skills and helps them to perform better.

Yes of course Training in any speciality can help people get more knowledge can make them efficient. In India and other countries as well BPO culture was only based on training and development intiatives as people never spoke to US and European countries before so to develop such accent, fluency , slow speaking ability  , making it loud and clear was training given which made outsourcing a boom and India was one the favourite country.

Definitely, especially for people who are quick learners and are willing to learn new things.  Any progressive individual desires it and if it is given at the right time, you will notice a huge difference.

In the past, no one used computers to do their job.  But in today's world, everyone (young and old) has taken the interest to learn it, due to the main objective to know more things about the world around us.   So, if specialised training are given to such individuals, they will be able to learn it quickly.

Firstly, I do agree that through training and development the employees’ performance and abilities can be changed. The individuals may easily update their professional knowledge and thereby, they can produce better output. Generally, supervisors recommend the particular training in the annual appraisal and based on the recommendations the management arrange the training for the employees. In no way the training and development should be ignored by any employee.

employees performance and abilities can be enhanced and improved  by changing their attitude and outlook at things.

training will never add value to an employee who is negative and un motivated.

changing people's attitudes is the major change you can do to your employees, bring them motivational speakers and successfull idols to speak to them in groups and see the change that brings.also find a motivated leader to lead them to success.

training is important but attitude and positive outlook are more important.
