Some People Spend their lives living in the Past Ignoring what Future holds for them and miss out the Joy of Present.

In my opinion, they did not put a targets for them self and unfortunately that what leads for failure or unwanted future.
Futures in my opinion is not only what to do and what to be in long term after one year or five years, it is more micro, its a set of vision for short terms and long terms combined together.
because of the human nature our mind which is attached with the things we see or the things we saw a year or month or day before but their are stories who had started with negatives not caring abt present and past and had reach the peaks of future examples are all around.the thing is motivation more a employee is motivational or motivated more he ll be focused on future rather then the present pressure he actually have today while preparing a questionares,training projects and customers profiles or many others.
As usual, people are experienced on the past and managing present issues, but they miss keeping the future on eye, because most of them miss the vision of their life.
If you talk about life i guess no one should really bother about past and future as what you build now makes your future.
But if its revenue generation by Sales and Marketing for a company yes we should focus on future as crying over failures in past would not bring a bright future.
Failures are stepping stones to overcome obstacles and problems to secure success in future.
If a person has positive frame of mind ,right attitude, confidence to win, set goals then future is bright for sure, it may not be easy but not impossible.
When a person thinks about the past and present he is actually analyzing him for a better future. If anyone thinks about the future only he can just live only in dreams.
