Sometimes we get stuck in the past, and sometimes we only live for the future, but the only time that really exists is the present: the past is gone, and the future may never arrive.
I fully agree with Michael, we have to live in the present - the past is gone, the future may never happen! Horrible thought I know but realistic. Make the most of today but by all means prepare for the future just be sure your expectations aren't too high!!!!!
We have to live the present and look at the future
Yes, the present is more important but let take also consideration of our past to our past experience we learn something that we will not do it again. While in future, whatever happen to us know will result to our future, we work hard for our future. But basically whether it is past, present and future, enjoy life, career, etc. because we only live once and make it meaningfully. Always remember that what ever you plant for yourself that you will be harvesting. Always make it a point all this past present and future is important. But for now in the present do your best and fly high.
Company looking for past .Because Experience must be proved .Present continue with past for succes full carrier in future.
I vote for Present, There is always so many yesterdays and tomorrows but today is only one ! Past is knowledge or experience, Future is hope and present is live ! we are living in present.
Present. We can no longer go back to the past so we have to live in the present and do our best as our present is what will drive our future.
All three are very important. Take lessons from the past , perform in present and plan for the future.

It's the present or else we lose the moments in life. We don't actually live if we're constantly thinking about the future. "Seize the day"!
