Do any buddy have a VSM (Value stream mapping project in aviation?.can some body suggest me a good project?

I need to submit some good projects on VSM to my Lean six sigma certification,can some buddy help me on this issue.

You need to identify VSM project from your companies one of the value stream. Identify which value stream has potential improvement opportunity and select the project for VSM.
