An employee should be seated in a conference table to discuss about below points:

1.An employee should be asked with professionalism  why management marked low grade ?

2.He should approach to boss to improve his performance by the supevission of his leader and list up the points of discussion.

3. To know how to improve or way of techniques that was identified by himself or his boss .
