If you are not receiving the text message or call, please make sure the phone number on your account is correct.

 

If the phone number is correct, then your carrier may be blocking these text messages. You may contact them about getting them unblocked.

 

Another option is to use a friend or family member's phone number to receive the text message or use a VOiP number, such as signing up with Google Voice (if you have a Gmail account, this is a relatively quick process).
