What is the retries limit for confirming the mobile number?

after retrying several times to get  confirmation code on my mobile, i received the code but closed the dialect box accidentally, and now i am getting the error "You exceeded your tries limit"

what is the limit? and will i be able to retry the confirmation after some time? what should i do?
