This indicates that many senior managers and CEOs are not happy with there company's marketing performance, do you think that is true? For my Previous Company Hyperpanda they have excellent strategy that's why they still growing. And For the Last Company i attend. The worse company its my nightmare. AJman Market Cooperative Society.. No strategy they hired the wrong people which no knowledge about marketing. Terminating almost half of their people is their best solution. To reduce the expenses. They hired more high salary which is useless in company. They removed the people who stands as a legs of the company... now they're losing slowly..
