Does anyone know of a template for a menu recipe bank?

Is anyone aware of an established template for Ms Access to create a recipe bank? It will require to have not only a report with a photograph, but also fields for costing, nutritional information, menu engineering allotment as well as equipment needed (the last two preferably from a drop down list)

As well as instructions with ingredients and the quantity set in grams, ml, pcs and be able to do a cross search of an ingredient
