Handling conflict in an organization can be in this form eg, accommodation i.e I can choose to let peace reign and admit by apologizing for the wrongs that have happened, I can also decide to speak up to made my mind clear of any grudges or conflict in the organization, what matters is solving individual differences and we should not allow it affects the organization in a bad way
