I have not worked in any Arab country but I think what I may include here apply to all interviews anywhere.  I have been contracting my entire career and an interview for contract might be a bit different from a permanent one.  Those are points that I could think about:

1. In the Arab world you might need support of good word from a friend or relative of the interviewer.  That is why I did not work in that world and I don't anticipate that in the foreseeable future.

2. Research the industry and company.

3. Clarify your "selling points" and the reasons you want the job.

4. Anticipate the interviewer's concerns and reservations.

5. Prepare for common interview questions.

6. Prepare your questions for the interviewer.

7. Practice, practice, practice.

8. Score a success in the first five minutes.

9. Get on the same side as the interviewer.

. Be assertive and take responsibility for the interview.

. Be ready to handle illegal and inappropriate questions.

. Think positive.

. Close on a positive note.

. Bring a copy of your résumé / CV to every interview although at this time electronic copies of your résumé / CV might be sufficient.  You might need to ask the HR personnel about that.  You need one copy for yourself.

. Make the most of the "Tell me about yourself" question.

. Speak the right body language.

. Be ready for "behavior-based" interviews".

. Don't give up!  If one interview failed, keep trying till you land the job you like and desire.

There could be more points or ideas.

Good Luck!
