Nutritional health comes from outsite (what we eat but also what we see, feel, smell, touch, hear,  ....).. Health is not just food or what we eat.. nutrition health involves  many thing.. if we are stressed, underpresure, depresed, happy, motivated... mental health is what we have inside in our minds but we can not have a good and stable mental health without a good nutrition.. why? because food can control our system.. it controls our hormons our status our mind and  feelings .. they play changing our mental  condition to good or not depending on the food which it is a good quality of food it will convert it to make us feel good . ..

Hi, The mental health is a result to many factors, mainly the genetics after that the training and the healthy life style. Which means that all the essential elements in your body needs to be fed correctly, and the body physical ability should cooperate with the nutritional program. The healthy life style starts from what your body needs on daily intake. This is simply a combination of all. Shortage of one part for example vitamin, sun, minerals, early sun. overnight stay may result in losing part of the combination gratuity as the inner clock works perfectly when you lead a routine life style which should have no exceptions.

A recent study found that a Mediterranean-style diet (a diet high in vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, beans, cereals, grains, fish, and unsaturated fats such as olive oil.) supplemented with fish oil led to a reduction in depression among participants, which was sustained six months after the intervention. However, there are a range of inequalities that can contribute to the development of mental health problems, and how these factors interact with each other to affect mental health can be complex. Factors such as poorer physical health, and living in poverty, or deprived communities, have been found to be associated with poorer mental health and wellbeing. Experience of a mental health problem may also be associated with poorer diet and physical health. There have been efforts to close the ‘mortality gap’ for people with severe mental health problems, who on average tend to die 10 to 25 years earlier than the general population.

Highly processed, fried and sugary foods have little nutritional value and should be avoided. Research shows that a diet that regularly includes these kinds of foods can increase the risk of developing depression by as much as 60%.

Many friends in the answer to the importance of food safety and balance, as well as the quality of cooking and the impact on food and its contents, the impact of food on public health and thus affect mental health. I say

There is a strong relationship between mental and psychological health and food on two axes, one direct and the other indirect.

Direct axis is the direct impact on mental illness through food, for example (epilepsy) of the very famous food programs and contribute to the treatment of epilepsy, ketogenic diet.

By increasing the content of fat and protein and reducing carbohydrates

Indirect axis is the indirect effect by raising the immunity of the body and strengthen the heart muscle, and that by food containing antioxidants and foods containing sulfur and phosphorus, thanks

Some foods can affect your mood by increasing the hormone content of joy in your brain. Nutritious foods such as fish, chocolate, whole grain bread, pasta, cereals and pulses. When you have depression, boredom, stress or a bad mood, you will find yourself eating foods that make you feel happy without knowing why. Have you ever thought about the kinds of foods that make you feel better? The meal you choose, light or basic, affects your feelings, especially as they increase or decrease the proportion of serotonin in the brain (hormone joy). Serotonin affects your feelings and temperament if it makes you feel comfortable, in peace and sleepiness, especially after eating certain types of food. The effect of food type on food: One of the sciences addressed by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is the impact of the quality of food, food and the conditions surrounding the person on his character and his soul, and he is not afraid of the effect of food on the person's feelings. In this regard, we mention some people who are satisfied with the world by eating plants without meat. They know how they become more prone to peace, charity, goodness and mercy than those who eat meat. They tend to fight, attack, rape and aggression. In order to show the impact of food quality on human nature, the researchers noted that societies that eat camel meat are jealous of the show, while the communities that eat pork are not jealous of the harem. It has stood on several texts that indicate the impact of food on the psyche of the human being, such as the prohibition of Islam to eat impurity and to hit it as an example: blood and blood, except that it causes bile and jaundice, it inherits hardness of the heart and inherits the tendency to attack others. Foods that raise morale include: Fish and fish oils: Eating fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids helps to eliminate depression by affecting the signals circulating between brain cells. Omega 3 fatty acid is found in salmon, herring, sardines, tuna and fish oil supplements that should be taken daily. Chocolate: Chocolate is one of the most helpful foods to raise morale. When you have a strong desire to eat chocolate, that means you are in a bad mood. Chocolate not only contains sugar that raises the brain's serotonin levels, but also substances that affect brain signals to the point that people feel very happy. Therefore, you can enjoy delicious taste from time to time. Vitamin D: Exposure to the sun 3 days a week for 15 minutes helps in gaining the vitamin D that your body needs. Some studies also acknowledge that sitting in the sun will help you to be the best. Vitamin D, known as "vitamin sun", increases your metabolism. We can also find it in the following foods: Salmon and fortified milk which have a significant impact on the mood. Food rich in starch: Food rich in starches such as bread, pasta, pastries, dumplings and potatoes enhances the brain's serotonin rate, which reflects positively on your mood and keeps you away from the edge of the painting. Foods containing vitamin B: Foods that contain high vitamin B, such as dried beans, whole grains, fish, dairy products, chicken, eggs, bananas, avocados are rich in tryptophan, which in turn enhances serotonin the hormone of joy. Did you know ? • Exercise reduces the stress of the day and helps you raise your spirits. It works to enhance the hormone feeling good. • Eating a balanced meal during the day is crucial to provide the brain with the substances it needs to get serotonin the hormone of joy. • If you feel a great need to eat in order to feel comfortable, try to walk out for a while and eat omega-3 fatty acids available in fish. She enriched her diet with vitamin B, available in grains and beans, and chose slow-digesting carbohydrates such as whole grains and oats.

As for nutrition, often the guidelines or advice of dieticians and nutritionists refer to the amounts of food that would be preferable to eat. However, the way in which food is prepared is also important, as cooking, in addition to changing flavor and texture, often tends to alter the nutritional profile of food. Vitamins, for example, are not very stable when exposed to certain conditions and, together with mineral salts, tend to get lost in the cooking liquid during the boiling operation if it lasts too long, with too much water or if the food is cut too finely. For example, iron is dispersed in cooking water up to 15%, while steam cooking limits losses to 10%. Yet many of these substances are very useful for the good functioning of the organism, such as vitamin C and carotenoids, which are antioxidants, or help the body against the oxidative stress responsible for diseases such as neurodegenerative diseases, chronic inflammation disorders and depression: in addition to physical well-being, water-soluble vitamins (vitamin C and group B) contribute to good cognitive and emotional functioning. There is a lot of scientific evidence linking fruit and vegetable intake to better mental health: eating large amounts of fruit and vegetables, in fact, is associated with a lower incidence of mental disorders such as depression, perceived stress and negative mood. The presence of raw fruit and vegetables in the diet is linked to: less depressive symptoms, better mood, high levels of satisfaction for one's life and personal fulfillment. As for the intake of cooked vegetables and fruits, associations are observed only with a greater positive mood.

Nutritional health comes from good quality balanced food, Environment, and good works. Its an old proverb Healthy body makes a Healthy Mind. If the diet is balanced and there is No unrest to the body the mind would be more relaxed and would be able to think more and bring good results. The environment wherein we are living also impacts on mental and physical health. If a person is living in a good healthy and peaceful environment he will mentally be more strong and good.

Nutrition plays a huge role in our health in general. We all know that we may eat something to cheer up or vice versa - some food may cause drowsiness. Also, it is not a secret that certain products impact the brain - then we can follow a diet to improve memory or study skills (as a source example, I would provide this article).
