How can employers ensure that their employees have a productive and formal process for feedback?

Core activities in HR department would be: 1. mapquest directions 2. Compensating 3. Development 4. Safety and health 5. Employee and labour relations 6. Selection 7. Training

Feedback can be both critical or positive. It can be looked upon as an opportunity for improvement or a lower graded personal opinion made clear indirectly. Having a formal committee to express feedback within the organisation, on behalf of employees also can be made clear if required. 

When you give them a special career and make them responsible for that, I think they find themselves as a head of that responsibility, so they try to be productive and have a good feedbacks
