In lump sum contract; if an item contradicts in BOQ and the Dwgs, knowing that the dwg will prevail,will the contractor take the BOQ rate or nothing?

Lump sump contract also called fixed price contract. In this type of contract, the contractor is not entitled to any claim if there is a contradiction between BOQ and drawings. The contractor may take reference from specification/contract documents/general conditions to get clarity as all these documents take precedence over the drawing and BOQ.
