BOQ is only part of the documentation whilst EPC means Engineering Procurement and Construction this is a type of Contract to be delivered in the entire period of procurement.This is the whole package documentation and execution of the project. These are the following documents to be delivered in EPC Contract i.e. Prime Document, General Condition of Contract, Particular Condition of Contract, Project Specs. Tender/Contract drawings, BOQ and other accompanying documents.
