Below are a few known causes of unemployment :

1. Growing competition

2. Market conditions

3. Failing to upgrade your skills

4. Choosing a wrong career path. A career that you're not passionate about.

However sometimes all of this put together accompanied by sheer bad luck can also lead to unemployment. Having said that unemployment is a disease that may strike anyone at any point and though we cant stop the disease we can take some steps to prevent it as below:

1. Choose the right career. Something that you understand and like doing.It is the most important thing and determines the success of an individual.

2. Be agile and always on the move.Dont be at one place,doing the same work for too long.The more challenges you have the better experience and knowledge you gain.

3. Lastly , spend some save some give some. Manage and invest your finances in things that will generate an income so that you have something to fall back on. And remember the tables are always turning so help the less fortunate when you can.

Their are many factors of unemployment in the society, some of them are:

1. Lack of knowlwdge/not educated

3.Technological Advances. Technological advances may reduce the number of employees needed to perform certain tasks.

4. Economic downturn.

5. Less job creation

6.Slow growth of industries.

7. Increase in populuation

It can be prevented by developing more skills development, job equality to be given, preference to given to those who have experience, skills not to reference people with lack of knowlwdge. exploring more jobs advts, helping other in gaining jobs. Provide stronger incentives to look for and accept work
