The1st step is making ur product or service above ur customers expectations , to meet their expactations u just get their satisfaction but by raising ur service criteria to be more & beyond their dreams & wishes u will get their loyality & u have a lot of tools to do that .

Great question, many businesses do not apply this concept of loyalty. Customer loyalty is very important to sustainability of any business in today's competitive economy

Step1 - Get to know your customers and their needs

Step2 - Establish communication channels by providing information and support around your customers needs (This could be in form of providing useful information for the customers to compare options and make the buying decisions, a money saving offer, or a VIP invitation to a special event you have arranged) The key is what extra value you can provide to your customers over the normal product and service.

Step3 - Keep doing this, you will create a community of loyal customers around you to strengthen your business.
