Certainly there are of paramount importance to customer satisfaction, because it will lead to the loyalty of the organization and become the first defender of the organization and its services, and will provide a means free publicity for our products.

Customer service has become the key to business differentiation, in my opinion. Customer effort is basically how easy it is for a customer to have that stellar service experience, which puts a company top of mind for the next purchase. That's why I think it should be a personalized approach, in order to fulfill the customer’s needs
