if you know qualification and weakness of each one in the team, then you could support the weekness point on each one, and encarag the qualification in each person, you will get the balance

Team equity can be acheived when all the resources are treated fairly according to their perforamce and an open window showing how one differs from other. The term equity may also refer to a salry perk for those who had contributed the most of the project, a promotion/award to a person who had taken the responsibility, and an empowerment training to the person who has the intention to learn and apply the same in work.

By giving the right perk and a fair window of measuring the performance every individual will try to contribute their best and inturn will help the firm to acheive team equity.

Through the equity and give every employee is entitled to both in terms of status of employment or salary or privileges or powers

Team Equity is the splitting of equity between the owners of a company. (Deliberately not touching Employee Equity here since that would be a different term)

This split of equity is done through a partnership agreement usually where in the founders agree on a percentage split of ownership. 

A new way of team equity is the ICO or the initial coin offering in which the founding team members go for a crowd funding of the project  in exchange of tokens. The equity raised is then divided between the founders and the remaining percentage is used for developing the project.

Equity in work means everyone will be treated on fair ground to make an organization sucessful.  All people should have equal access to opportunities.
