1. Describing the position

2. Qualification & skills requirement

3. Job Description

4. Organization value and culture

5. Salary & benefits

First you need to write the description of the job:

  • Company field of work.
  • Where
  • When

Second you need to write the description of the position ( job description )

  • Position name or title.
  • Scope of supervison.
  • Responsibilties.
  • Required tasks and missions.
  • Place of position
  • Period of position.
  • Report to whom.
  • Salary, benefits, other advantages if available.

Third you need to write the required skills, qualifications, and experience for the job

Fourth you need to put your company e-mail, Fax no. or mobile phone to let candidates apply throuth, but have to determined ( the last day apply at COB of ... )

Fifth you need to announce aboy this job , and there are many way to do so :

  • Internet ( Bayt.com , Akhtaboot, .... ).
  • Socail Media ( Facebook, Instagram, ...)
  • News papers.
  • Posters, Flyers.
  • If you are rich and have a huge budget to announce, so through TV or Radio.
