In this part of the world maybe normal but in my opinion as in any other part of the world is not ok to mentioned only so and so nationalities will be considered. Do you think is ok?

That's true Travis, but employers do not have to show openly....

As an American, it is definitely odd to see job postings with specific gender or ethnic requirements.
That said, I actually do not mind it at all.
In a truly global job market, it's just a fact of life that some employers would prefer to hire someone that fits a specific gender or ethnic description.
