# Focus on change management and diversification

#Be Ethical at what you do for the growth of the organisation and applicants/employee's career

# Empower equality at work environment

#Create workplace a better place with a positive attitude and enthusiasm

# Listen to your employees, acknowledge all the applicants wisely, so that they are not ignored. In short be professional, not just taking the job for monetary value.

#Learn organisation and the country policy well to stand for the right thing you do or implement at work

#One on One meeting should be excercised in each department to understand each employee better for the retention

#Strong understanding of the director's vision and mission is the most in the region for all the HR professionals, inorder to plan the business strategy and resource planning.
