1.I will need to have a vision for my team/group/organisation

2.I will need to set goals to allign with my vision.

3.I will need to create a friendly atmosphere for both my Team/customers/users/other staff of the organization.

4.I will make sure my team is motivated well to carryout every task assign to them by me.

5.I will teach all my team members and other users any new or latest innovations.

6.mentorship should be one of my priorities in dealing with my team/group/users/customers.

7.I will inspire my team as leader to carryout different tasks always and when needed.

8.Teamwork should be on my priority list,working as one with bring out the best in the group.

9.leadership trait should be seen in me,i should be able to lead by example.Every one in the group should be seen as a potential leader too.

10.Safety and health aspect of every team members should be tied to me always to have effeciency and effectiveness always.

If you  want to establish reputation of a successful  Business organisation, you must encourage all concerned to co-operate and observe:-

 

1)      Good Time Management so all are at workplace in time and remain occupied in given tasks. Make it a companywide habit for timely delivery of work be it manufacture, quality, or marketing etc.

2)      Observe no short cuts with regard to integrity, honesty.

3)      Reporting (Communication)  to the higher level or superiors must be prompt and in a responsible way so that corrections and changes in implementation are carried out as per advice.

4)      The Management must turn out a product which competes well with the market andour products must match to the best product available in market; therefore you must have adequately exposed right talent with you on board.

5)      Identification of talent through recruitment sites and facilitating joining of new talent on board is equally important.

6)      You must be able to retain talent for your organisation so your compensation package must be comparable to the best or above that level so talent does not quit your organisation

7)      Your organisation must employ appropriate technology to reach maximum number of customers and for maintaining of quality of product and service to customers.

8)      Commitments to customers are important whether customer is internal or external so organisation must inculcate culture that commitments given must be adhered to be it time, zero defect manufacturing , superior quality and with easy to finance options.

9)      All employees must be concerned with providing best service matching the investment made by customer in terms of product quality, service quality.

10)   Organisations must prefer to work with motto for reasonable profits without allowing organisation to be seen by others as greedy for profits.
