i think all companies are working in the ground taking future plan.

in my opinion, companies should increase skills of their representative sales, provide courses in marketing for them, increase quality for their products, for examble medical companies should provide many offers for doctor,s, pharmacies and general hospitals, make big show for their products and increase skills of medical ribs

Every company is using qualitative forecasting method. To run a business you must have a plan. Every management As according to your long term plan (say 5yrs)it will be dispense in to annually, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily.

Scrutinizing predicted mathematical calculations the company proceeds further fine tanning the plan according to the changes in the environment and market place.

I think that the suitable forecasting method for any firms depending on the appropriate plan which is followed to getting the best result of our business.

It is very necessary to mention  that the market policies are the essential factor affect the products and its quality.

Many companies because of course anybody want to know what they will face in the future And it’s good but it’s will create stress in the company

all tha companies  that have used qualitative prediction are newly established companies 

sales staff should continually scan the market,  gather information . Of course it depends on the company business activity. 

Every firm used qualitive forcasting.without quantitative and qualitative forcasting a firm can't move forward.This method will use in every company for their effective planning and for achieving organisational goal.

It is a statistical technique to make predictions about the future which uses numerical measures and prior effects to predict future events.They are highly dependent on mathematical calculations. this is mostly used for production firms and units.
