What weld defect often occurs weeks after welding the joint?

DUE TO PRO CITY OR  LACK OF FUSION  

The defect I was looking for is referenced as HIC (Hydrogen Induced Cracking)... a sneaky lil defect primarily caused by poor heat management, particularly when not managing the cooling rate properly. Results can be catastrophic!

When you not treed the welding spot with head treetment after it wash weld it will start to cold crac on that spot ofter weeks

Defect often occurs after welding is crack in Carbon Steels Cr-Mo (P3-P4 and P5 Numbers for Asme Code)

THE WELD DEFECT OFTENLY OCCURS IS COLD CRACK.
